Experience Summary 
Mr. Ketring has over 60 years of experience in the railroad industry, including 44 years in the employment of the BNSF Railway and its predecessor line, the AT&SF Railway. He has served as BNSF Assistant Director, Public Projects, a role in which he developed a rapport with Caltrans, the California Public Utilities Commission, and the cities and county agencies that he has worked with over the years. Mr. Ketring specializes in assisting public agencies with negotiation and management of railroad construction and maintenance (C&M) agreements.
