Roy's hobbies include photography, bicycling, hunting and fishing, however, since moving back to southern California he does not have the opportunity to do much hunting.

For the last 39 years, Roy and Brenda have been deeply involved in a Mexican Orphanage located near Ensenada, in Baja California. He serves as the American liaison for the Orphanage as well as President of the El Sauzal Foundation, Inc.
